4th grade students in Mrs. Laura Reyes' classroom are sewing a special gift for Mother's Day. These students were excited and nervous about using a sewing maching for the first time.

Over the last few weeks the 3rd graders at Petronila Elementary have been studying plant and animal life cycles. Students recently planted seeds and made observations as they sprouted. 3rd grade is always eager to learn about planting seeds in preparation for their fall and spring class gardens!
